Seamless appreciation with unified Recognition and Rewards
We recently launched the industry’s first unified Recognition and Rewards solution directly within our comprehensive employee experience platform — making celebrating contributions frictionless. Our unified solution enables Internal Communication and HR teams to align their goals for employee engagement, working together to strengthen company culture.
Rewards that resonate
By connecting online recognition with tangible rewards directly within your intranet, Simpplr offers new ways to reinforce behaviors that reflect organizational goals. Our rewards program is a point-based system. Employees can augment peer recognition with rewards points. Recipients can then exchange their points for digital prizes including gift cards, prepaid cards and charity donations — all done directly in their intranet.
On the back end, we’ve made it easy for recognition managers (and others with permission) to set up recurring monthly points allowances for employees to distribute, and access analytics and insights on how well employees are engaging with the program.

Amping up newsletter engagement
Our AI-powered employee newsletter streamlines the content creation process, enabling you to craft and send personalized newsletters in minutes. With our newest release, customers using the Employee Newsletter can add a survey Smart block to newsletters — bolstering their employee listening strategy.
In addition, you can now brand newsletters for various segments within your organization, ensuring a tailored experience for different groups of employees (e.g., by division, company or country). Newsletter managers can choose to have each recipient’s newsletter match their segment’s branding, or customize newsletter themes for all recipients.
Finally, we’ve released a new newsletter activity dashboard offering detailed performance metrics — such as open rates, click-through rates and engagement levels — over time. Now, newsletter managers can better understand the ongoing impact of their content and optimize as they go.
Hindi joins our language lineup
We’ve heard from customers that translation is critical for content publishers, especially those with offices around the world. In our quest to help organizations with diverse, global workforces effectively communicate with all employees in their preferred language, we continue to add new languages for application and content translation (including user-generated content such as pages, events and albums).
Users who have their language set to Hindi (or any supported language) will automatically see the translated application content (header, footer, menus, actions, etc.) in their preferred language. The language preference setting also determines when users will see the option to translate user-generated content (like pages, blogs and events). For instance, if you’re viewing content that was created in English, you will only see the option to translate it if your language preference is set to another language.
Leveling up multilingual support
Our AI-powered writing assistant also supports a global workforce with multiple languages. This is an excellent way to translate documents, procedures, and announcements quickly and securely — without paying for additional tools.
In addition, our content moderation feature — which combs every feed post, comment and reply to ensure employees are using the platform appropriately (e.g., no hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, etc.) — supports multilingual customers to keep their environments safe from offensive or inappropriate language.
